Australia's Former PM: War with North Korea Could Be Avoided in These 3 Steps

If China and the United States truly want to avoid an all-out war with North Korea, then a "grand bargain" will have to be made.

This is according to former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.

Here are the steps Rudd says both countries will need to take, plus insight into the likelihood of whether or not this deal would ever happen.
